This Booking & Cancellation Policy applies to all appointments and services booked with Forever Bracelets™ ™, including individual appointments, bridal bookings, group bookings, and mobile pop-ups. For more in-depth information refer to our Terms and Conditions
By making a booking, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. BOOKINGS BY APPOINTMENT ONLY
All services are offered by appointment only.
Walk-ins are not accepted.
Appointments are scheduled via our online booking system or confirmed directly for group and event bookings.
2. DEPOSITS
2.1 When Deposits Apply
A non-refundable deposit may be required for:
- Bridal bookings
- Group bookings
- Saturday appointments
- Mobile pop-up bookings
Deposit requirements are clearly communicated at the time of booking.
2.2 Purpose of Deposits
Deposits secure:
- Your appointment slot
- Preparation time
- Reserved availability (especially weekends and pop-ups)
Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit is received.
3. CANCELLATIONS
3.1 Individual Appointments
Cancellations must be made within the timeframe specified during booking.
- Late cancellations may result in forfeiture of the deposit
- No refunds are issued for deposits once the cancellation window has passed
3.2 Bridal & Group Bookings
Due to planning and scheduling requirements:
- Deposits for bridal and group bookings arenon-refundable
- Significant notice is required for any changes
4. RESCHEDULING
We understand that plans can change.
- One reschedule may be permitted at our discretion, provided sufficient notice is given
- Repeated rescheduling may require a new deposit
- Rescheduling is subject to availability
Deposits are not transferable to different clients or unrelated bookings.
5. NO-SHOWS
A no-show occurs when:
- You fail to attend your appointment
- You arrive too late to complete the service
- You do not provide notice within the required timeframe
No-shows:
- Forfeit any deposit paid
- May require full prepayment for future bookings
6. LATE ARRIVALS
Please arrive on time for your appointment.
- Late arrivals may result in a shortened service
- If your delay impacts other bookings, your appointment may be cancelled without refund
- Group bookings delayed by late arrivals may not be extended
7. GROUP & MOBILE BOOKINGS – ADDITIONAL TERMS
For mobile pop-ups and group bookings:
- Final group numbers must be confirmed in advance
- Changes on the day cannot always be accommodated
- Travel fees, setup requirements, and minimum spend may apply
Details will be confirmed prior to booking confirmation.
8. SATURDAYS & HIGH-DEMAND DATES
Saturdays are high-demand and prioritised for:
- Bridal bookings
- Group bookings
Stricter cancellation and deposit terms apply to these dates to protect availability.
