Refund and Returns Policy

Forever Bracelets™ provides custom, permanent jewellery services. Permanent jewellery is not a retail product and is not eligible for returns in the traditional sense.

By booking an appointment or receiving a service, you agree to the terms below.

No Refunds After Fitting

  • No refunds are offered once a bracelet has been fitted and welded
  • This applies to all materials, designs, and add-ons
  • Change of mind, personal preference, emotional reasons, or lifestyle changes do not qualify for a refund

Clients are encouraged to confirm their selection before welding begins.

Custom-Fit Items Are Final Sale

  • All permanent jewellery iscustom fitted
  • Custom-fit items arefinal sale
  • No returns or exchanges are accepted once the service is completed

Re-Weld Policy

We understand that life happens.

Re-welding may be offered at our discretion if:

  • The original chain is intact
  • The bracelet was removed by cutting at the welded link
  • The chain is presented in usable condition

Important notes:

  • Re-weld fees apply
  • Fees depend on timing, chain condition, and availability
  • Re-welding requires a new booking
  • Re-welding is not included in the original service price

Lost or Damaged Chains

  • Lost chains cannot be replaced
  • Chains damaged beyond repair are not eligible for re-welding
  • Forever Bracelets™ is not responsible for loss after fitting or removal

Breakage & Wear

Bracelets may break due to:

  • Accidental pulling or snagging
  • Impact
  • Normal wear over time

Breakage is a safety feature, not a defect, and does not qualify for a refund, replacement, or free re-weld.

Limited Exceptions

Refunds or corrective action may only be considered if:

  • A confirmed error occurred during fitting, and
  • The issue is raisedbefore leaving the appointment

No exceptions will be made once the bracelet has been worn.

I confirm that I have read and understand the Aftercare, Waiver & Disclaimer, Refunds & Re-Weld Policy, and acknowledge that permanent jewellery services are custom-fit, final sale, and non-refundable once fitted.

This is extremely strong if a dispute ever arises.

Pricing Disclaimer

Pricing for permanent jewellery depends on material selection, chain style, and optional add-ons.

Prices may change without notice.

Final pricing is always confirmed with the client before welding begins.

This single block prevents “but the website said…” arguments.

4. MOBILE & TRAVEL TERMS

Forever Bracelets™ Mobile & Travel Terms

Mobile pop-up services are available for bridal, group, and special event bookings.

Travel Fees

  • Travel fees may apply based on location and distance
  • Travel costs will be confirmed prior to booking confirmation
  • Travel fees are non-refundable once incurred

Setup Requirements

The booking contact is responsible for ensuring:

  • Safe and adequate workspace
  • Access to power (where required)
  • Reasonable setup and breakdown time
  • A suitable environment for jewellery welding

Venue Access Responsibility

Forever Bracelets™ is not responsible for:

  • Venue access delays
  • Venue restrictions
  • Permissions required by the venue

Any delays caused by venue access issues may reduce service time.

Minimum Spend & Group Size

  • Minimum group sizes apply for mobile bookings
  • Minimum spend requirements may apply and will be confirmed in advance

Weather, Delays & Force Majeure

  • Outdoor bookings are subject to weather conditions
  • In the event of unsafe conditions, Forever Bracelets™ reserves the right to delay, reschedule, or cancel the service
  • We are not liable for delays or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our control

5. AGE POLICY

Age Policy – Forever Bracelets™ ™

  • Permanent jewellery services are offered to clients16 years and older
  • Clients under the age of 18 requirewritten consent and presence of a parent or legal guardian
  • Forever Bracelets™ reserves the right to refuse service where age or consent requirements are not met
