These Terms & Conditions govern all services provided by Forever Bracelets™ (“we”, “us”, “our”) and apply to all clients who book, purchase, or receive services from us, whether at our Centurion location or via mobile pop-ups.
By booking an appointment or receiving a service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
1. NATURE OF OUR SERVICE
Forever Bracelets™ provides permanent jewellery services, including the fitting and welding of clasp-free bracelets and related jewellery items.
Permanent jewellery:
- Is custom fitted to the individual
- Is welded closed at the time of service
- Is designed for continuous wear
- Can be removed only by cutting the chain
Each bracelet is a custom service, not a mass-produced retail product.
2. BOOKINGS & APPOINTMENTS
2.1 Booking Requirement
All services are offered by appointment only. Walk-ins are not accepted.
2.2 Booking Platform
Bookings are managed via our authorised booking system (e.g. Fresha) or via direct confirmation for group and event bookings.
2.3 Accuracy of Information
Clients are responsible for providing accurate booking information, including date, location, group size, and contact details.
3. DEPOSITS, PAYMENTS & PRICING
3.1 Deposits
Certain appointments, including but not limited to:
- Bridal bookings
- Group bookings
- Saturday bookings
require a 50%non-refundable deposit to secure the booking.
Deposit requirements are disclosed at the time of booking.
3.2 Payment Terms
- Payment is due as communicated prior to or at the appointment
- Final pricing is confirmedbefore welding begins
- No work will proceed without payment confirmation
3.3 Pricing Variability
Pricing depends on:
- Material selection
- Chain style
- Add-ons (charms, pearls, gemstones)
Prices displayed online are indicative and subject to change without notice.
4. CANCELLATIONS, RESCHEDULING & NO-SHOWS
4.1 Cancellations
Cancellation terms are communicated during booking. Failure to cancel within the specified timeframe may result in forfeiture of deposits.
- Private bookings 24 hours prior to booking
- Group booking 1 week prior to booking
4.2 No-Shows
Failure to attend an appointment without notice constitutes a no-show. Deposits will not be refunded.
4.3 Late Arrivals
Late arrivals may result in:
- Shortened service time
- Rescheduling
- Cancellation without refund if the delay impacts other bookings
5. GROUP & MOBILE BOOKINGS
5.1 Group Size
Group bookings are subject to minimum group sizes (4 people) and advance planning.
5.2 Location Responsibility
For mobile pop-ups, the client is responsible for:
- Venue access
- Adequate workspace
- Safe environment
Travel fees, setup requirements, and minimum spend may apply and will be confirmed prior to booking.
6. CUSTOM WORK, RETURNS & REFUNDS
6.1 Custom Nature
All permanent jewellery services are custom fitted and final once welded.
6.2 No Returns or Refunds
Due to the nature of the service:
- No refunds are offered after fitting
- No returns are accepted
- Changes cannot be made once the bracelet has been welded
7. BREAKAGE, REMOVAL & RE-WELDING
7.1 Breakage
Permanent jewellery may break due to:
- Accidental pulling
- Snagging
- Impact
- Normal wear over time
This is not considered a defect.
7.2 Removal
If removal is required, the bracelet should be cut at the welded link. Forever Bracelets™ is not responsible for damage caused during self-removal.
7.3 Re-Welding
Re-welding may be offered at our discretion and may incur a fee. Lost chains cannot be replaced.
8. HEALTH, SAFETY & ALLERGIES
Clients acknowledge that:
- They are responsible for informing us of any known allergies or sensitivities
- The welding process is safe, controlled, and non-contact
- Forever Bracelets™ is not liable for allergic reactions, irritation, or sensitivities that occur after fitting
If discomfort occurs, the bracelet should be removed immediately.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by South African law:
- Forever Bracelets™ is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Liability is limited to the value of the service provided
- We are not responsible for loss, damage, or injury resulting from normal wear or misuse
Services are provided at the client’s own discretion and risk.
10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, branding, images, text, and materials associated with Forever Bracelets™ remain our intellectual property and may not be reproduced without written consent.
11. PRIVACY
Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which complies with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
12. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of South African courts.
13. CHANGES TO TERMS
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
